The jealousy in

our society

The best and highest organ in the body is the "heart", which is called "heart" in Urdu and "Heart" in English. Let the heart be right and right; So everything is fine and if the heart is bad So it affects the whole body. The internal disorders caused by heart disease are called "esoteric diseases"; Such as: hatred, envy, jealousy, arrogance, hypocrisy, love of wealth and love of love, etc., etc. These are the diseases that do not only destroy the human world; In fact, the Hereafter is also ruined. Jealousy is one of these esoteric diseases. We are writing in the following lines on the subject of "jealousy" with the hope that Allah Almighty will protect us and all Muslims from it!

Definition of jealousy:

Jealousy is when a person desires the decline of a person's blessing, whether he wishes for it or not. The one who desires this is called jealous and the one whose blessing is desired to be lost is called Mehsud.

The Holy Qur'an condemns jealousy:

Allah Almighty has condemned jealousy in different places in the Holy Qur'an. Somewhere in the bottom of an article, jealousy is described and in some places it is condemned in clear and unequivocal words. We quote two verses of the Holy Qur'an in this regard below:

Translation: “Or they are jealous of other people for what Allah (Allah) has given them out of His grace, so We have given the family of Ibrahim (Abraham) the Book and the knowledge and we He also gave them a huge empire.

Hadith forbids jealousy:

We now cite below a few hadiths of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) which emphasize on avoiding and avoiding jealousy.

There is a hadith which says that jealousy consumes good deeds as fire consumes wood. See the hadith below:

Translation: "Beware of jealousy, for jealousy consumes good deeds as fire consumes wood."

Jealousy is the Shari'ah ruling:

The shar'i ruling on jealousy is that jealousy is haraam and it is obligatory to avoid it. Allah says (interpretation of the meaning): (2) Translation: "And from the evil of the envious, when they begin to envy." Imam al-Ghazali (may Allah have mercy on him) said: “Jealousy is haraam in all circumstances. It is right to express your dislike for such a blessing and wish for its downfall, because in that case your dislike and desire for its downfall will not be because that thing is a blessing, but because of that. It may be that he has made this blessing a source of fitnah and mischief. If you do not fear his fitnah and mischief, then you will not be saddened by his blessings, nor will you want those blessings to be taken away from him.

Islamic law:
